Amazing customer service, miss haley brooks frm TransTech will always checking in on you thru the whole program. If you had to choice to go to school anywhere come to TransTech. It can be some bad days and good days but majority of this whole program your having fun & learning how to drive!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the awesome manager, instructors and recruiter onsite: Ty, Aubrey, Willie, Kelly and Christine. I pay gratitude to the instructors for their selfless dedication to see that we the students achieved our set goals on becoming Truckers. ⭐️ for the facility, equipment and yard. Your crew is putting in the work, the students are coming by the numbers but Trans Tech you’ve got to support them better. Sunny days we eat dust, rainy days we are fighting with mud and pot holes. For security reasons, Murchison Road is no place to be after nightfall.

This rating would be 5/5 if the yard were properly taken care of by the owners/corporate. Multiple times, our training tractors were stuck in potholes- limiting the amount of time we actually were able to receive backing.
The only upside to this is the instructors here are awesome. They are really good at what they do, very communicative, open minded, super friendly and make you feel welcome. If it weren’t for the instructors and the site manager, this review would be much worse than it is.
Get these good ass instructors and good ass site manager, a better yard to train on. You guys bring in easily 40-50k a week, whether it’s a GI Bill, NCWorks, or individuals that are paying cash. There’s no reason the team should be neglected in the way that it is. Put the team on a much better yard.

TransTech CDL School enrollment process went smoothly and the enrollment team were awesome!! They guide you step by step on what needs to be done to get started on getting your CDL.

There were definitely moments when I felt frustrated or doubted myself, but having instructors who continued to motivate me and remind me that I could do it made such a difference. Their encouragement helped me keep going and not give up.

An Amazing Experience at TransTech – Fayetteville, NC
My experience at TransTech in Fayetteville, North Carolina was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself and my future. From the moment I started, I could tell that the people there genuinely cared about helping their students succeed.
The instructors and staff were positive, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely well-trained. They knew how to make learning something completely new feel less intimidating. Even when things got difficult, they never made me feel like giving up was an option. They were always willing to explain things again, give us tips, demonstrate different techniques, and find different ways to help us understand.
What really stood out to me was how much time and effort they were willing to put into their students. No matter how much we struggled or how many times we needed help with something, they continued to work with us. They were even willing to work with students outside of normal hours when necessary. That showed me that this wasn’t just a job to them — they were genuinely passionate about helping people change their lives.
The atmosphere at TransTech was also fun, encouraging, and motivating. There were definitely stressful moments, especially when learning things like the pre-trip inspection, backing maneuvers, driving, and all the other skills required to start a new career. There were times when I was nervous, frustrated, sweating in the heat, and wondering if I was going to be able to get everything right. But the instructors were always there to encourage us and remind us to keep going.
They didn’t just teach us how to drive a truck. They helped us build confidence, discipline, patience, and determination. They understood that everyone learns differently, and they were willing to meet students where they were and help them improve from there.
I truly appreciate everyone at TransTech for the effort, encouragement, knowledge, and passion they put into their work. You can tell when someone is simply doing a job versus when someone actually cares about the people they’re teaching. At TransTech, I felt like the instructors genuinely wanted to see us succeed.
If you’re thinking about starting a career in trucking and you’re nervous about taking that first step, I would definitely recommend giving TransTech in Fayetteville a serious look. Be ready to work hard, be willing to learn, and don’t be afraid to struggle — because the people there will work with you, encourage you, and give you the tools and knowledge you need to keep moving forward.

AWESOME!!! Mama Kelly made sure she got me right…DRIVE THAT TRUCK LAY! If it wasnt for Autry I would have left on my first day, he helped me get comfortable with backing and even took his time and definitely had patience with me. Shout out to Willie for his help and patience to get me through as well! THESE WERE THE LONGEST BUT MOST MOTIVATING 6 WEEKS OF MY LIFE! MAMA I DID IT!!!!! Thank you TRANSTECH! TY I DID IT!!!

I believe the course would benefit from newer or better maintained trucks. We had 3 yard truck in three weeks on the yard and a broken road vehicle for over a week.

I truly appreciate all of the instructors who trained me at TransTech Truck Driving School. Every trainer brought valuable knowledge, real-world experience, and effective teaching techniques to the program. They were patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping students succeed. I learned something valuable from each instructor, and their different perspectives made me a more confident and capable driver. The training at at TrabsTech is great especially for a 4 week program. Because of the instructions given I was able to pass my first time around. The instructors especially Kelly are willing to work with you if you need extra attention or don’t understand something. The only things I might change about trans tech is the condition of the yard and maybe adding driving simulators.

Mr. Autry and Miss Kelly were great instructors. I was a refresher and they still helped me tweak some things in my driving skills and also gave me great details on what to expect on OTR driving. TransTech Fayetteville was a great experience and I would highly recommend for anyone who’s trying to get their CDLs

The staff at TransTech are awesome!
Any questions or trouble I had in the course, the staff was able to assist. I recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning as a new student or someone with experience. I am grateful for the patience and persistence of the instructors toward my education.

Great experience at TransTech, they definitely treat you like family and are very passionate in helping you reach and achieve your goals. Very smooth process and instructors are very clear. Instructors Autry, Willie, Kelly, and Andy were very down to earth and willing to aid in any assistance needed.
