CDL Training Benefits for Veterans

Professional Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training opens doors to in-demand, high-paying jobs. Below are some of the programs available to help cover your CDL training costs:

Chapter 30 – Montgomery GI Bill® (MGIB)

Provides monthly payments to eligible veterans and active-duty members, helping offset tuition and other training expenses.

Chapter 31 – Veterans Readiness and Employment (VR&E)

Designed for veterans with service-connected disabilities, this program covers tuition, books, and supplies, enabling a smooth transition to truck driving careers.

Chapter 33 – Post-9/11 GI Bill®
