had a great experience with this CDL training program from start to finish. The entire process was very easy to access, from signing up to getting started with classes. Everything was clearly laid out, and I never felt confused about what steps to take next.
Communication was excellent throughout the program. Anytime I had a question, the staff responded quickly and were always helpful and professional. They made sure I felt supported and informed every step of the way, which made a big difference.
As for the class itself, it was well-organized and easy to follow. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving on. They created a comfortable learning environment that helped build confidence behind the wheel.
Overall, I highly recommend this CDL training program to anyone looking for a smooth, supportive, and straightforward experience.

Highly recommend this school. My first instructor was Scott Collins. He was amazing at teaching me all the backing techniques. His professionalism and wealth of knowledge made the process super easy. Then I had Steve Bell, I was super nervous about all the shifting involved with driving a manual transmission but Steve made it super easy to pick up. I can still hear him saying “ clutch out clutch in, say it that fast do it that fast”. Everyone is amazing at explaining the why we are doing things a certain way. The site manager Johnathon was also super helpful with any questions I had. He also gave me some good job advice that may come in handy real soon. He’s also just an all around good guy. Everyone made the experience super easy and worth every penny. You can tell they really care about the students and genuinely want you to succeed.

I started this class on March 9th 2026. My first instructor Scott Collins was showing us the basics of the tractor trailer. He was also showing us to back up in a straight line doing offset backing an dock (90°) degree backing and was superb at teaching us the right way. Then comes our site manager Johnathan Smith words can't explain the knowledge and wisdom of this man. Strict professional and great human being over all. His knowledge helped us understand what we was doing wrong and teach us what needs to be done in order to achieve our goals. Last but not least Robert Allen aka Roberto as i call him lol he was the best damn double clutching down shifting Manual clutching teacher I ever met. Always kept a positive attitude even when we messed up our shifting. One thing that really stuck with me is when he said "stop rushing, remember the slower the truck the easier it is to handle it". With that I was able to achieve my double clutching without any issues his knowledge and wisdom is something to admire for sure. I recommend anyone trying to achieve getting their CDL's to go to this school. With the awesome teachers and superb knowledge you can't go wrong. I'll miss you guys but hope to see yall around.

This is a great CDL school. I arrived knowing almost no English, and yet my instructor (Robert Allen) helped me tremendously. You can tell they want you to learn and leave ready to drive. I'm very grateful for his support.
(Robert Allen) He's a great instructor.💯

My name is Derrick Yoko, and training at TransTech has been a solid experience for me. My instructor, Robert Allen, kept me locked in and made sure I understood the material every step of the way. I hit some bumps early on, but he took the time to guide me through it and keep me moving forward. The course moves fast and demands focus, but if you stay disciplined and put in the work, you’ll get where you need to be. I respect the effort my instructor put in to help me stay on point and complete the mission.

Training with Steve has been an absolute game-changer. From day one, he brought a level of patience, professionalism, and real-world knowledge that made learning both effective and enjoyable. He explains everything clearly, breaks down complex skills into simple steps, and never makes you feel rushed or discouraged.
What really sets Steve apart is how much he truly cares about his students’ success. He pays attention to the small details, gives constructive feedback, and builds your confidence every single day. Whether it’s pre-trip, backing, or road driving, he makes sure you understand the “why” behind every move.
Because of Steve’s guidance, I felt prepared, supported, and fully confident going into testing. I couldn’t have asked for a better CDL instructor. If you’re serious about becoming a safe, skilled, and knowledgeable driver, Steve is the one you want in your corner.
Highly recommend! 🚛

Honestly, as a whole, I had a great experience training here, Terry, Steve, Robert, Duane and Bernard are really good at what they do in my opinion, Johnathan (site manager) is easy to talk to and very informative, all of them are honestly, the only complaint I would have about the school is that the equipment they have isn't in the greatest condition but they do the best with what they have
